All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

Any eGift Cards purchased though the website are for use at www.sandrascakes.co.uk only. Any purchases made using the eGift Card are deducted from the eGift Card balance. If a purchase exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site as necessary.

We will retain and use all personal information provided by you strictly as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Any personal information you supply to us will be held by us purely for the purpose of processing your order and for direct marketing purposes by ourselves. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the goods.
